Are all pieces handmade?

Yes! Every piece is handmade, glazed, and fired by Chandler in small batches. No two pieces are exactly alike. 

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited runs, but popular items may return. Follow on Instagram or join the mailing list for restock updates. 

Do you take custom orders?

Occasionally. Custom slots open a few times a year depending on time and workload. If customs are closed, check back or join the waitlist. 

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. During restocks or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

What shipping carriers do you use?

USPS and UPS, depending on weight and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. 

What if my items arrives damaged?

Please email photos within 48 hours and we'll help replace or credit your order. 

Can I pick up locally?

Not at this time, but we may offer it in the future. 

Are your glazes food safe?

Yes. all dining ware (cups, mugs, bowls, plates, etc.) are made using food-safe, lead-free materials 

Are the pieces dishwasher or microwave safe?

Yes, except for the dining ware with the magma glaze. to extend the life of other pieces, hand washing is recommended. Avoid sudden temperature shock (like pouring boiling water into a freezing-cold cup)

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Limited wholesale slots are available. Email for availability.
