Returns & Exchanges Policy
Handmade Variations
Every Rayne Works piece is handmade, and natural variations in glaze, texture, size, and form are part of the character of the work. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, all sales are final. Please double check sizes, colors, and descriptions before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
If you recieved the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of it.
We no not offer exchanges due to buyers remorse or style changes.
Damaged Items
if your pottery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the box and packing material
We will either replace the item (if available) or offer store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rayne Works is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. Please contact USPS/UPS directly to file a claim.
International Orders
Due to customs, transit time, and shipping risk, international orders are final sale with no returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for duties, VAT, and import taxes.
